What Happens When You Call
We start by listening. If your production has dropped, an inverter light has changed color or a battery stops holding through the evening, we ask when it began and what changed around then. Those answers often point to the cause before anyone climbs a ladder, so the visit is spent confirming it rather than guessing.
If you are planning solar panel installation or battery storage, we ask about your roof, your shade and your monthly use, then talk through what a site visit will look at. Once we agree on a next step, we set a time that suits you. We work across The Colony and nearby towns such as Frisco, Lewisville and Little Elm.
Useful to Gather Before You Call
- A current electric bill, or a ballpark of what you use each month.
- What your inverter screen or monitoring app shows, along with any error codes.
- If you already have panels, how old the system is and who put it in.
- Brief notes on what you saw and about when it began.
